Our Classes

During our workouts, we use a combination of exercises to train every part of the body to help our clients achieve their goals. Every day we design dynamic and interactive classes that you will love and enjoy while working out.

For our upper-body classes, we combine weight training with multifunctional training system, such as TRX, elastic bands, battle row, and medicine balls. In this area of your body, we focus mostly on building and toning your muscles. For our lower-body classes, we use a combination of strength training, weight-lifting, and functional training. Most of the times, we include HIIT workouts to help you increase your endurance.

Cardio plays an important function in our bodies, so our full-body workouts are designed to target all the muscle groups to promote growth and strength efficiently and effectively. This is the best way to burn more calories in less time, combining our upper-body, lower-body workouts, and following a healthy diet.

Every year we create challenges for our clients, which consist in motivating them to get the body they desire and achieve their goals in 30 days. We have accomplished incredible changes together through our fitness program that includes nutritional and supplements guidelines, a list of different workouts everyday designed for each part of their body, and measuring weight and body fat to keep control of their results.
